Form submissions are processed through GoHighLevel (GHL), a SOC 2 compliant CRM platform. Website traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not store credit card or payment information on our website.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Do we collect information from minors?

No. Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Terms of Service

What governs our client relationships?

All client engagements are governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and individual Statements of Work (SOW). These documents define scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and termination provisions. No work begins without a signed agreement.

Who owns the content we create?

Content produced under a client engagement becomes the client's property once all related invoices are paid, unless otherwise specified in the SOW. The Stoop retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and case study purposes, subject to client approval.

How does termination work?

Either party may terminate an agreement for convenience with 30 business days' written notice. Termination for material breach requires 30 days' written notice with opportunity to cure. Specific termination terms are defined in each MSA.

What about website content?

All content on thestooppgh.com — including text, images, graphics, and code — is the property of The Stoop LLC unless otherwise noted. Case study data is published with client authorization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
